What's in a number? The number 100

Thinking about numbers today...

100 Years Ago Today
  1. 14% of American households had a bathtub.
  2. 90% of US physicians had no college education.
  3. The American flag had 45 stars.

100 Days Ago Today

Fouad was imprisoned without charges... he's still waiting.

Happy numerology!

number 2 on the list is pretty scary!! glad college education is mandatory for physicians now everywhere!
pretty sad for Fouad!

Yes, exactly. I thought they were interesting characteristics of 100 years ago and a reminder that many voices must be heard to effect change. It seems to me that without the progression of ideas, we fall behind.

that was like a slap across the face :( I hope for justice soon! God be with him and his loved ones.

Batoul, I'm hoping for justice too. I know that Fouad's family have likely gone beyond the initial frantic moments of worry and concern into the grind of everyday life not knowing. My prayers remain with them. God willing, he will be freed soon.
