How, please tell me, does one Assemple?
I have to admit that my existence may have been sheltered, but I really don't know how one would assemple. It's a while new verb to me, so I'm hoping that someone here can clear up my confusion.
This sign is found outside of a large company in Amman that tends to a better job than this, in my experience. But I did find it quite amusing. Amusing enough to stop on the way to a customer meeting to snap a photo of it.
Happy Assempling!

let alone that "assemple" in arabic should be tajmee3 and not tajamo3 as the sign says..so is it a place where people gather up or is it a place where things are assembled?Any idea?
this is outside fastlink.
and this will be put in several places outside big buildings in amman. according to the new rules of the civil defense dept.
in short, this point is what is to be called a "safe place" in case any emergency case happens with the building, a Fire incident, an earth quake ... etc!
Salam, Indeed.
Nasimjo, it is indeed outside FastLink. I hope if more people will be having such signs, they'll spell it correctly (Assembly Point). People Assemble in an Assembly. Perhaps they'll be assembling items at this point.
If you go around amman you will find several signs like yours, i think its a governmental issues for safety purposes.
I'm telling you, I could make a killing with an reasonably-priced English language service. Lord knows Jordan needs it.
Anyone want to meet me at the Pit Shop, or to go get a haircut at the Saloon?
Unfortunately, you'd have to specify which of the many saloons in town. I'd prefer the one that actually HAS beer with your haircut (is there one?). It would be funny if someone made a play on it and did a Western theme... :) You know John Wayne on the walls and all.
